This Dental Provider Manual contains comprehensive information about Molina Nebraska Heritage Health dental benefits, including billing, policies, procedures, and how we partner with our network of Providers. The Dental Provider manual can be accessed on the Molina Healthcare website, on the SKYGEN Dental Hub, or you may request a printed copy by contacting SKYGEN Provider Services at (855) 806-5192 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday.


SKYGEN Provider Services Department

The SKYGEN Provider Services department handles telephone and written inquiries from Providers regarding claims, authorizations, address and Tax-ID changes, contracting, and training on how to use the SKYGEN platform. SKYGEN has Provider Services representatives who are trained to assist Nebraska Dental Providers. The SKYGEN Provider Services Team is available at (855) 806-5192 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday.


SKYGEN Dental Hub

The SKYGEN Dental Hub is the exclusive dental provider platform for the Molina Healthcare of Nebraska Dental Network. It combines powerful new enhancements with current features and functionality to provide the best experience for you and your practice at no cost to you.

  • Use a single sign-on to manage your practice.
  • Immediate access to member and benefit information, claim and authorization history, and payment records at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Submit claims and authorizations using pre-populated electronic forms and data entry shortcuts.
  • Attach and securely send supporting documents, such as digital X-rays, EOBs, and treatment plans.

At Molina, we are always actively recruiting dental Providers to enhance our network to ensure members have choice and access to quality dental care services. We’ve made the contracting and credentialing process quick and easy. Visit the Provider Contracting Portal on the SkyGen website at www.skygenusaproviders.com and enter code NE. 

  • You must be enrolled as a Nebraska Medicaid provider and have an active Medicaid ID.
  • Review and sign the Dental Provider Service Agreement.
