ATTENTION PROVIDERS

Effective October 1, 2026, Molina Healthcare of Michigan Medicaid will transition its non-emergent medical transportation (NEMT) services to a new vendor SafeRide, to manage member transportation.  The phone number used to schedule transportation will remain the same: (888) 898-7969, TTY: 711.

 

Transportation scheduling and ride assistance are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  

 

Please remember to schedule your ride at least 3 business days before the appointment.
