You can shop, compare plans and prices, and enroll in Molina Individual and Family Plans at MolinaHealthcare.com.

When can you enroll?

You can enroll, renew or change your plan during the Open Enrollment Period, from November 1 through January 15 each year.

You may be able to enroll at other times if you have a qualifying life event. This is called a Special Enrollment Period.

Qualifying life events include:

  • Getting married or entering a domestic partnership
  • Having, adopting, or fostering a child
  • Moving to a new area
  • Losing health coverage
  • Exhausting COBRA coverage
  • Turning 26
  • Leaving a college health plan
  • Returning from active duty military service
  • Release from jail or prison
  • Becoming a U.S. citizen, national or lawfully present individual
  • Changes in tax credit eligibility
