Get started with your health plan

This page is your starting point as a new Passport by Molina Healthcare Marketplace (Passport) plan member. Here you'll find important information about how to make the most of your new health plan. You'll find links to the most helpful pages on our website, including where to find your plan documents. You'll also find information about how to set up your My Molina member portal account and get started with our mobile app. 

We make it simple with four easy steps

Be sure to take these steps right away to make the most of your new plan.

Find your member ID card.

  • If you've made your first payment, you should have received your ID card in the mail. Please look at it carefully to make sure your information is correct. If it is incorrect, call the Member Services number listed on your member ID card.
  • Always keep your member ID card with you and show it at the doctor or pharmacy.

Set up your My Molina member portal account.

  • Go to MyMolina.com to set up your My Molina member portal account. You'll need your member ID card to get started.
  • Once you register, you can view and print your member ID card, search for doctors, change your primary care provider (PCP) and more.

Download the My Molina mobile app.

  • The mobile app has the same great features as the My Molina member portal. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Schedule a visit with your doctor.

  • Visit your primary care provider (PCP) to establish care or continue your care.
  • Log in to your My Molina member portal to see your PCP’s information. You can change your doctor on the mobile app, at MyMolina.com or by calling Member Services at the number on your member ID card.
