Get started with your health plan

Welcome to Molina Healthcare of Washington! This page is your starting point as a new Individual and Family Plan member. Here, you’ll find everything you need to make the most of your new health plan, including links to important plan documents and other helpful resources on our website. You’ll also learn how to set up your My Molina member portal account and get started with our mobile app.

We make it simple with four easy steps

Be sure to take these steps right away to make the most of your new plan.

Find your member ID card.

  • You should have received your ID card in the mail. Please review it carefully to make sure all your information is correct.
  • Always carry your member ID card and show it whenever you visit a doctor or pharmacy.

Set up your My Molina account.

  • Go to MyMolina.com to set up your My Molina member portal account. You'll need your member ID card to get started.

  • Once you register, you can view and print your member ID card, search for doctors, change your primary care provider (PCP) and more.

Download the My Molina mobile app.

  • The app has the same great features as the member portal. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Schedule a visit with your doctor.

  • Visit your primary care provider (PCP) to get set up as a new patient.
  • Log in to your member portal to see your doctor’s information. You can change your doctor on the app, at MyMolina.com, or by calling Member Services at the number on your member ID card.
