Get started with your health plan

This page is your starting point as a new Molina member. It has key facts about your new health plan. It also has links to helpful pages on our website, including where to find your plan documents. You can also learn how to set up your My Molina account and use our mobile app.

We make it simple with four easy steps

Be sure to take these steps right away to make the most of your new plan.

Find your member ID card

  • You should have received your member ID card in the mail. Please look at it carefully to make sure your information is correct.
  • Keep your member ID card with you and show it at the doctor or pharmacy.

Set up your My Molina account

  • Go to mymolina.com to set up your member portal account. You will need your member ID card.
  • Once you register, you can view and print your member ID card. You can also search for doctors, change your primary care provider (PCP) and more.

Download the My Molina mobile app

  • The app has the same features as the member portal.
  • Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

Schedule a visit with your doctor

  • Visit your primary care provider (PCP) to get set up as a new patient.
  • Log in to your member portal to learn about your doctor. You can change your doctor on the app, at MyMolina.com or by calling Member Services at the number on your member ID card.
