This page is your starting point as a new Passport by Molina Healthcare (Passport) member. Here, you will find important information about how to make the most of your new Medicaid health plan. You will find links to helpful pages on our website, including where to find your plan documents. You will also find information about how to set up your My Molina member portal account and get started with our mobile app.
• You should have received your member ID card in the mail. Look at it carefully to make sure your information is correct.
• Always keep your member ID card with you and show it at the doctor or pharmacy.
• Go to My Molina to set up your My Molina member portal account. You will need your member ID card to get started.
• Once you register, you can view and print your member ID card, search for doctors, change your primary care provider (PCP) and more.
• The app has the same features as the member portal.
• Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Visit your PCP to get set up as a new patient.
• Log in to your member portal to see your doctor’s information. You can change your doctor on the app, at MyMolina.com or by calling Member Services at the number on your member ID card.
