Get started with your Medicaid plan

This page is your starting point as a new Molina Healthcare member. Here, you’ll find important information about how to make the most of your new Medicaid plan. You’ll find links to the most helpful pages on our website, including where to find your plan documents. You’ll also find information about how to set up your My Molina member portal account and get started with our mobile app.

We make it simple with four easy steps

Be sure to take these steps right away to make the most of your new plan.

Find your member ID card

  • You should have received your ID card in the mail. If you did not get an ID card in the mail, call Member Services.
  • Look at your ID card closely to make sure your information is correct. If your information is not correct, update it at MyMolina.com or call Member Services.
  • Always keep your member ID card with you. Show it at all doctor and pharmacy visits.

Set up your My Molina account

  • Go to MyMolina.com to set up your member portal account. You will need your member ID card to get started.
  • Once you register, you can view and print your member ID card, search for doctors, change your primary care provider (PCP) and more.

Download the My Molina® mobile app

  • The app has the same great features as the member portal.
  • Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Search “My Molina.”

Schedule a visit with your PCP

  • Visit your primary care provider (PCP) to get set up as a new patient.
  • Log in to your member portal to see your PCP’s information. You can change your PCP on the app, at MyMolina.com, or by calling Member Services at the number on your member ID card.
