Diabetes Self-Management Education

Molina covers Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) to help you learn how to handle your diabetes day to day. These classes teach you how to eat healthy, stay active, take your medicine and keep your blood sugar levels in a safe range.

DSME can help your A1c, blood pressure and cholesterol. It also lowers your risk of diabetes-related problems and helps you feel more certain about your health choices. Classes are taught by trained diabetes educators and may be one-on-one or in a group.

Molina Kids’ Corner

Molina Kids’ Corner is a fun space for kids to learn how to stay healthy and do well in school. As parents or caregivers, we want to teach important habits so we can raise healthy, happy kids.
