How Medicare eligibility works
To join a Molina Medicare plan in Idaho, you must live in our service area and have Medicare Part A and Part B.
For our D-SNP plans, you must also have Medicaid and be in a qualifying dual eligible category. You, Medicaid, or another party must continue paying your Medicare Part B premiums.
What you need to apply:
- Your Medicare number and Part A and Part B start dates
- Your Medicaid information if enrolling in D-SNP
- Your home address and contact details
