Senior Whole Health SCO

Senior Whole Health SCO is a Medicare Advantage Special Needs plan for adults 65 and older. It combines your Medicare, Medicaid (MassHealth) Standard and Medicare Part D in one plan. Make sure you live in our service area. You must have Medicare Part A and Part B. You must be eligible for Medicaid (MassHealth) Standard.

Molina One Care

Molina One Care is a Medicare Advantage Special Needs plan for adults ages 18 to 64. It combines your Medicare, Medicaid (MassHealth) Standard and Medicare Part D in one plan. Make sure you live in our service area. You must have Medicare Part A and Part B. You must be eligible for Medicaid (MassHealth) Standard.

How to enroll

Apply online, by mail or through Medicare.gov. Have your Medicare and Medicaid (MassHealth) details ready.

Make sure to renew

Senior Whole Health SCO and Molina One Care members must apply for Medicaid (MassHealth) each year. This keeps your coverage. If you keep Medicaid (MassHealth), your Molina Healthcare of Massachusetts plan renews on its own.
