Molina Healthcare of New Mexico Hosts Hip Hop Yoga Class

Molina Healthcare of New Mexico hosted a free yoga class for the public on November 9 at the Mesilla Valley Mall. Instead of the slow, meditative music most people associate with yoga, this event featured DJ Gene-E-Ous mixing popular music and energetic yoga instructor, Aaron Arnold, teaching some basic poses to increase your heart rate up while calming your mind.
More than 100 youth from Boys and Girls Club of Las Cruces, Boys and Girls Club of Otero and the Boys and Girls Club of Sierra attended and the first 200 people to arrive received a free yoga mat.
