Providing care during emergencies

Eligibility verification

If the internet is down, you can verify your Molina patients’ eligibility by calling the Provider Services line and using the IVR phone system. Or you can speak to a representative at (855) 326-5059.

Prior authorizations

Authorization requirements are lifted for your Molina patients in the impacted areas and remain in effect until the state of emergency is lifted.

Disaster assistance programs and community resources

FEMA disaster recovery support
Federal disaster relief help is available for those affected. Visit
DisasterAssistance.gov  or call (800) 621-3362 to learn about applying and what is available to you and your patients.

Red Cross

Contact the Red Cross at 800-RED-CROSS or RedCross.org to locate resources near your patients.
