Providing care during emergencies

Eligibility verification

If the internet is down, you can verify member eligibility by calling:

  • (800) 963-0035 for Medicare Dual Advantage, Family Care and Partnership members

 

Prior authorizations

If you have questions about authorizations during this time, please call:

  • (800) 963-0035 for Medicare Dual Advantage, Family Care and Partnership members

 

Medication support

  • If a Medicaid SSI/BadgerCare Plus and Marketplace members has lost their prescription due to the flooding, emergency prescriptions should be covered. Members can request an early refill from their pharmacy. For concerns, Medicaid members may call ForwardHealth at (800) 362-3002. Marketplace members may call us at (888) 999-2404.
  • If a Medicare Dual Advantage or Family Care Partnership member has lost their prescription due to the flooding, emergency prescriptions should by covered. For concerns, members may call (800) 963-0035.
 
Transportation assistance

Members need help with transportation should call:

  • (888) 999-2404 for Medicaid SSI/BadgerCare Plus and Marketplace members
  • (800) 963-0035 for Medicare Dual Advantage, Family Care and Partnership members

 

Disaster assistance programs and community resources

FEMA disaster recovery support
Federal disaster relief help is available for those affected. Visit
DisasterAssistance.gov  or call (800) 621-3362 to learn about applying and what is available to you and your patients.

Red Cross

Contact the Red Cross at 800-RED-CROSS or RedCross.org to locate resources near your patients.

State disaster resources
