On September 1, 2023, My Choice Wisconsin joined Molina Healthcare. If you’re a My Choice Wisconsin Medicaid SSI or BadgerCare Plus member, you will become a Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin member on July 1, 2024.

We are working hard – together – to move your health forward so you will keep getting the same great benefits, medicines and services. Plus, as a Molina member, you can get even more things like a mobile app and gift cards for being healthy!  Learn how you can get more with Molina.

Good news: Your health coverage is not changing! The Medicaid SSI or BadgerCare Plus benefits, medicines and services you currently get from My Choice Wisconsin will stay the same. This includes vision and dental.
