Children’s Medical Services (CMS) Plan by Molina Healthcare provides all Medicaid covered services to support your child’s health and well-being.
Each CMS Plan member has a Care Manager who helps with their care. It is important to know your child’s Care Manager. This helps you and your family get the help you need. Your child’s Care Manager will call you to plan a time to visit you and your child at your home.
