Molina Healthcare Charitable Foundation Supports Improvements to Iron County Care and Share Emergency Shelter

CEDAR CITY, Utah, November 8, 2023 - The Molina Healthcare Charitable Foundation, in collaboration with Molina Healthcare of Utah, recently presented $20,000 to Iron County Care and Share in support of the organization’s emergency shelter program.
“The Molina Healthcare Charitable Foundation understands the importance of making sure individuals have access to a safe place to live, as well as food and supplies,” said Brandon Hendrickson, plan president of Molina Healthcare of Utah. “We are honored to partner with the Iron County Care and Share emergency shelter, a life-saving resource to so many in our community.”
Funds from the grant will support improvements to the shelter, including light fixtures and appliances, as well as additional supplies such as sleeping bags, blankets, towels and more.
“We are grateful to the Molina Healthcare Charitable Foundation,” said James Jetton, executive director of Iron County Care and Share. “It’s through generous donations such as this that we can provide compassionate assistance and resources to individuals and families in need, creating opportunities for increased stability and self-sufficiency.”
