Molina Female Leaders Share Success Stories with Youth at Empowerment Event

Molina Healthcare of Florida sponsored the Junior Achievement of South Florida Girls Rule event. Girls Rule is an initiative to empower young women through the mentorship stories and life experiences of female trailblazers. Women from Molina’s leadership team shared their stories to help motivate participants as they look toward their future impact on the community.During brunch, students participated in workshops focused on topics like body image, self-care, social media awareness and building confidence. They also learned about traditional and non-traditional career pathways. Keynote speaker Theresa Bowe, a successful real estate agent and music executive, shared her journey from a single-parent household of eight children to college graduate and prominent businesswoman.
