A. To find out what drugs are covered under your plan, read your Molina Healthcare Drug List (Formulary).

A. Go to “What’s Covered” under your health plan. You can also call Member Services at (844) 809-8445.

Q. How can I get Molina Healthcare material translated in my preferred language?

A. If you need your health plan information in a different language or format, call Member Services at (844) 809-8445.

Q. How do I enroll in Idaho Medicaid Plus?

A. Dual beneficiaries will receive an enrollment letter from the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (IDHW) with a form in the mail. There are two ways in which to enroll:

  1. Mail the enrollment form in the pre-addressed envelope
  2. Call IDHW at (833) 814-8568 and talk with a benefit specialist. They will be happy to enroll you in the plan of your choice.

Q. Can I call Molina to enroll in Idaho Medicaid Plus?

A. No, you must enroll with IDHW. You can call (833) 814-8568.
