How to Enroll

 There are two different ways to become a member of Molina Healthcare.

  1. By Phone: Call Client Enrollment Services at (877) 912-8880 or TTY: (866) 565-8576. 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
  2. Online: Visit Illinois Client Enrollment Services at www.EnrollHFS.Illinois.gov and enroll online.

* Assistive technologies, including self-service and voicemail options, are available on holidays, after regular business hours and on Saturdays and Sundays.

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
