If you are a dual eligible beneficiary and qualify, you can enroll in a STAR+PLUS Medicare-Medicaid Plan. You may change plans or disenroll at any time.

To enroll, change plans or disenroll, call the STAR+PLUS help line at (877) 782-6440, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., central time. TTY users should call 711 or (800) 735-2989.​

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
