Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin Gives Milwaukee Rescue Mission $5,000 for the Holidays

01/15/2019

Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin recently donated $5,000 to the Milwaukee Rescue Mission. Molina also gave away hats, gloves, and scarves for families served by the Mission, and Molina employee volunteers helped wrap holiday gifts. The city of Milwaukee is home to much of the state’s poorest residents, with a poverty rate of 29%. This donation will help residents in need stay warm during the winter.

Giving back to the community is integral to Molina’s values. This effort is one of many yearly activities coordinated by Molina’s Helping Hands, an employee volunteer program that provides hands-on participation in support of community organizations that align with Molina’s mission and the various populations Molina serves.
