Molina Healthcare Donates $15,000 to Great Lakes Bay Health Centers

Molina Healthcare of Michigan presented $15,000 to Great Lakes Bay Health Centers (GLBHC) for the purchase of 5,400 reusable masks for its patients.

“Great Lakes Bay Health Centers is blessed to be able to work with partners like Molina Healthcare to provide excellent health care to our patients and our community,” said Dr. Brenda Coughlin, GLBHC president and CEO. “These masks will help us keep our patients and employees safe.”

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Great Lakes Bay Health Centers has worked diligently to provide drive-thru testing at their community centers in Saginaw County, Huron County and Bay County. GLBHC has 30 locations throughout the Great Lakes Bay region and beyond in 16 different counties. Most locations are set up to care for medically underserved populations, but their doors are open to anyone regardless of insurance or lack of insurance. Their federally qualified community health centers around Michigan offer a wide range of comprehensive high-quality medical care, dental care, and behavioral health care to over 54,000 patients.
