How do I find out if I'm eligible?
If you are eligible to join a MyCare Ohio plan, the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) will send you a letter. It is important that you read the letter and choose a Medicaid health plan by the date given in the letter. Learn more about eligibility.
