Here is What Happens Next
 
  • It takes up to forty-five (45) days before you become a Molina Healthcare member.
  • Molina Healthcare will send you a Member Welcome Packet and Member ID Card no later than 7 days after your enrollment with the plan.
  • The Member ID Card and welcome packet are sent.
  • Call Member Services if you have questions. You can call us Monday through Friday (except on holidays), 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • Visit Members to learn more about the many programs and services we offer you and your family.
  • Learn more about My Molina. It is our member portal where you can manage your health care online.
  • Check out Staying Healthy for information and tips on how to keep your family well.

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
