Interpreter Services
In order to meet the diverse language needs of our members, all eligible and potential members whose primary language is not English are entitled to receive interpreter services through Molina Healthcare at no cost to the Member. If you would like to arrange for interpreter services, please contact the Member Services Department at 1-888-665-4621, and someone will assist you.

Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Resources
Molina Healthcare offers Provider resources and educational materials on topics related to quality improvement, accessibility, and the respectful provision of services. Resources support optimal health outcomes, focused improvement efforts and the delivery of appropriate health care and services. All resources and educational materials are available within the Availity Essentials portal.
Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) Training - Due December 31, 2025:
We invite you to participate in the CLAS Training for Providers, developed to meet APL 23-025 compliance requirements established by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and Medi-Cal.
Although Molina prefers you use our new Learning Management System; to meet compliance, we are offering these additional webinars. The course is approximately 50 minutes long. During the session, you may submit questions via the chat, and the Molina team will provide responses by email.
