- Inpatient services
- Outpatient services
- Doctor visits
You might need to find a doctor that is in the plan. If so, call Beacon Health Options. You need to see providers that are part of Beacon Health Options unless it is an emergency. You do not need a referral to see a doctor, you can pick or change your behavioral health care provider or case manager at any time. If you want to change, call Member Services at 1-866-472-4585 or 711 for TTY/TDD. Your case manager can also help you. You can call Beacon Health Options, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
