Molina Healthcare of Mississippi can help you get behavioral health services you and your family need. You must call Molina unless it is an emergency. You can call (844) 809-8438 (TTY: 711) Your benefits cover:
- Inpatient services
- Outpatient services
- Doctor visits
- Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP)
- For members with severe and persistent mental illnesses (SPMI), service models including Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Intensive Case Management (ICM) is available.
- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is available to members as an outpatient behavioral health service benefit utilizing a step-down from a more restrictive level of care and as an alternative to inpatient care to help members remain in less restrictive settings.
You might need to find a doctor that is in the plan. If so, call (844) 809-8438. You need to see providers that are part of Molina Healthcare unless it is an emergency. You do not need a referral to see a doctor, you can pick or change your behavioral health care provider or case manager at any time. If you want to change, call (844) 809-8438. Your case manager can also help you. Emergency coverage is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week at (844) 794-3638.
