We offer peer support services if you’re working to recover from mental illness or addiction.

The goal of the peer support program is to use motivational Interviewing to help you prepare for treatment. Motivational Interviewing is a goal-focused style of communication. It uses personal motivation and explores your reasons for change. The program also uses solution-focused practices.

This program helps you manage chronic behavioral health conditions. We offer peer support services on top of care management. Our peer support specialists will reach out to you if you have a mental health or substance use disorder diagnosis due to an inpatient or emergency room (ER) visit.

We have two Arizona Mental Health Advocacy Services (MHAS) certified peer support specialists on staff. They have experience in managing mental health conditions and substance use disorders. Our specialists can help you find the reasons for treatment using motivational interviewing. The specialists also have lived experience with recovery. This helps them connect with you and offer hope.
