Your dental benefits are covered through Liberty Dental®, and included in your Essential Plan at no additional cost. Your dental care services include emergency, preventive and routine dental care.

How do members get care?

If you need dental services, you must go to any dentist who accepts Liberty Dental®. To find the nearest dentist in your area, you may call Liberty Dental® at (866) 609-1184 (TTY:711)

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
