Child Health Plus (CHPlus) Health Plan
Child Health Plus is a free or low-cost health insurance plan offered to children who are under the age of 19, have no other health insurance coverage and who do not qualify for Medicaid. Eligibility is based on household income and family size and can be as little as $0. Child Health Plus is available to all children regardless of their income or immigration status, and includes numerous benefits including pediatrician visits, immunizations, hospital care, prescription drugs and more. Essential Plan
Eligibility is based on specific income levels. The program provides a host of benefits including doctor visits, hospital stays, prescription drug coverage, and many other essential health benefits – all for $0!
