How Do I Renew?

Your Medicaid benefits will need to be recertified annually. The Human Resources Administration (HRA) or the Local Department of Social Services (LDSS) will send recertification instructions. You’ll also receive a reminder from us in the mail. If you need help completing your recertification, please call Member Services at 1-877-353-0185 (TTY/TDD: 711).
You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
