Molina Healthcare of New York-Molina Healthcare PLUS Eligibility

Molina Healthcare PLUS is a special program for current and eligible Molina Healthcare Medicaid members. If you are eligible, you will receive a letter in the mail from New York State or New York Medicaid Choice. Please make sure your address is up-to-date with your local Department of Social Services. ​

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
