Q: How to Contact Medi-Cal Rx?

A: Members can visit medi-calrx.dhcs.ca.gov/home/ or call Medi-Cal Rx at 1-800-977-2273 or for TTY call 711, 24 hours a day. Members can also register on the Medi-Cal Rx Beneficiary Portal. The Portal offers general Medi-Cal Rx resources and information for beneficiaries, including medication look-up, view and access helpful forms, and Chat or Message with a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for basic questions about Medi-Cal Rx.
