Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Member Services

Molina Healthcare has a dedicated phone number to help with all your LTSS needs.  Please call us at (855) 687-7860, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. for questions about LTSS services.  If you are deaf or hard of hearing, call 711 for the California Relay Service.  

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
