Language Assistance Services

In order to meet the diverse language needs of our members, all eligible and potential members whose primary language is not English are entitled to receive interpreter services through Molina Healthcare at no cost to the Member.

 

Interpretation Services

Molina offers interpreter services three different ways: Over the phone, By video (called Video Remote Interpreting or VRI) and In-person. If you would like to arrange for interpreter services, please contact the Member Services Department at 1-888-665-4621 and someone will assist you.

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
