For Molina members:

If you are struggling and need to speak to someone, call the Behavioral Health Crisis line at (844) 819-5977 (TTY: 711).

You can also get help online via Teladoc. Visit Teladoc.com/Molina/NY or call 1-800-TELADOC (835-2362).

If you are having problems filling your prescriptions due to the Tops Supermarket closing, please call Member Services at (800) 223-7242 (TTY: 711).

While the Tops on Jefferson Avenue is closed, you can have your prescriptions filled at the Tops Supermarket, located at 2101 Elmwood Ave. They can be reached at (716) 515-0055. For free transportation to this location, please scroll further down to read an important message from Tops.

For non-Molina members

If you are experiencing a crisis and need to speak to someone, the following resources are available to you.

    • Located at 347 East Ferry St. Buffalo (located inside the Resource Council of WNY building). Anyone affected by the incident can drop by any time during the following hours, no appointments necessary:
      Monday through Friday: 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
      Saturday: 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
      Sunday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Bus Transportation & Free Food for East Side Community

While the Tops location at Jefferson Avenue will remain closed until further notice, we are steadfast in our commitment to serving every corner of our community as we have for the past 60 years. Knowing the importance of this location and serving families on the east side of the city, we have taken immediate steps to ensure our neighbors are able to meet their grocery and pharmacy needs by providing free bus shuttle service. The schedule is from 10am – 7pm daily from Jefferson Ave & Riley St. to the nearby Tops on Elmwood Ave. Tops is also working closely with Council Member Ulysees Wingo Sr., who represents the Masten District, to provide free food and supplies to our neighbors via the Resource Council of WNY at 347 East Ferry St. in Buffalo.
