Disaster assistance programs and community resources

Getting care during emergencies

24-hour Nurse Advice Line: For medical guidance at any time, call our 24-hour Nurse Advice Line. Our nurses are here to answer your health questions. Call (888) 275-8750 for English, (866) 648-3537 for Spanish, or TTY: 711.

Virtual care: During emergencies, it may be hard to visit a doctor in person. Ask your doctor if you can make a virtual appointment. You can also see a provider virtually through Teladoc Health.
