About the Survey

The CAHPS® (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) survey is maintained by National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The survey is performed each year. It measures how happy members are with the health plan and the service received from their practitioners. Your answers are private. Taking this survey is optional.  Whether you do or do not take this survey does not affect your  or your child's benefits.
