My Choice Wisconsin members:

Welcome to Molina!

We are happy to welcome all former My Choice Wisconsin members with Medicaid SSI or BadgerCare Plus to Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin! With Molina, members get free or low-cost things like doctor visits, medicines, vision, dental, and hospital stays – plus more!
