Community Resources

We encourage you to call or visit the websites of our community partners listed below. If there is a resource that you need that is not listed, dial 2-1-1 from your cell or mobile phone. Your call will be routed to a referral specialist in your area who can help you find much needed information or health and human services. You can also visit their website at www.211.org. 2-1-1 is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
