  5. Get help with any question you have on services that may need prior authorization.

  6. You have access to our 24-Hour Nurse Advice Line Toll Free, 24-Hours a day, 365 days a year.

  7. We have a Care Coordination program for members who need extra help with their health needs.

  8. Care Coordination is a service for anyone getting health services for an ongoing health problem. This health problem can be either physical or mental.

  9. Our Disease Management Programs helps you manage chronic health conditions such as diabetes.

  10. We also offer Health Education Programs.
