Kentucky DSNP Member Advisory Committee
Are you a member of the Passport Advantage (DSNP) plan in Kentucky? Here is a chance to make your voice heard!
Our new Kentucky DSNP Member Advisory Committee is looking for members. If you’re interested in joining, email KYMAC@MolinaHealthcare.com a short summary of why you want to participate. We’ll review your email and let you know if you’re selected.
All committee members must be:
- A current Passport DSNP member in the Passport Advantage plan in Kentucky, or a caregiver, family member or legal guardian of a member
- A Kentucky resident
- At least age 21 years of age
- Have an active email and be able to attend a virtual meeting 1-2 times a year
- Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect your privacy and the privacy of other members on the committee
Topics covered may include:
- Discussion of current benefits to learn more about how members understand and use them
- Learning about your experience in staying healthy
- How Passport is helping you and where we can do better
- Answer questions that committee members may have

The objectives of the Kentucky DSNP Member Advisory Committee are:
- To provide a place for members to talk about benefits, communications, programs and challenges to improve the quality of care
- To act as advocates for issues that impact membership
- To assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of culturally and linguistically appropriate health education and outreach activities
- To contribute to the development of health education programs to improve quality of care
