Who can get care at MyHealth Mobile?
- Molina members in need of preventive and wellness services
- Individuals experiencing homelessness in collaboration with community partners
What kind of care and services are offered at MyHealth Mobile?
- On the spot care and preventive and wellness services
Point of Care Testing
- Blood Glucose
- HbA1C
- Diabetic Retinal Eye Exams
- Diabetic Foot Exams
- Hemoglobin/Hematocrit
- Urine Analysis
- Rapid Strep Screen
- Rapid Flu Screen
Health and wellness services to Molina members missing preventive health screenings, vaccinations and other important services
- Behavioral Health Referral Service. When possible, Molina partners with behavioral health care delivery services and co-locate to render services to patients seeking care.
- Navigation services
- Referral to community services for social determinant needs
MyHealth Mobile is NOT able to:
- Manage chronic illnesses
- Replace a patient’s PCP
- Take over care management of any Molina members
- Prescribe narcotics
- Provide medication refills
- Change member medication without consulting with PCP

Where is it located?
- Our goal is to meet members where they live
- The unit is based in Spokane and operates near homeless shelters, food banks, community centers and public social service offices
- Locations vary based on the preventive and wellness needs of Molina members including rural communities

What are the hours?
- Service hours vary. Whenever possible, hours are tied to community activities such as food bank, meal services and clothing distribution hours
- Service Schedule - to be determined
Is there a cost to patients?
- Low-income adults and families in need are never charged for services
- Molina will bill Medicaid health plans for services rendered when possible
How will success be measured?
- Decreased ED visits and hospital admissions
- Providing frequent care to decrease severity of injury or illness, and management of acute conditions
- Connecting patients to a local provider for ongoing health care services
- Better patient management of chronic conditions
- Increased preventive and wellness services
