As an Apple Health (Medicaid) member, one of the most important things you can do is to keep your contact information up to date. It will help ensure you’re able to get the care you need when you need it. It also helps make sure you get important updates and reminders from us.

You also need to update your contact information with Washington Healthplanfinder. This helps keep your benefits active.

Your contact information includes your:

• Phone number
• Email address
• Mailing address

Step 1: Update your contact information with Molina by:

• My Molina mobile app
  • Download My Molina mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can also scan the QR code below using your smart phone.
    
  • Register or log in with your Molina member ID number.
  • Go to Menu > Communication Preferences.
  • Add/edit your phone number, email and mailing address.
  • Choose your preferred phone number and email to receive communications from Molina.
• My Molina member portal
• Go to MyMolina.com
• Register or log in with your Molina member ID number
• Click on the Communication Preferences button.
• Add/edit phone number, email and mailing address.
• Choose your preferred phone number and email to receive communications from Molina.
• Member Services
• Call us at (800) 869-7165 (TTY 711) and we’ll update your contact information for you.

 

Step 2: Update your contact information with Washington Healthplanfinder by:

• Online: Go to Washington Healthplanfinder at wahealhplanfinder.org
  • Under “Update Your Information”, click on “Report a Change”
  • Sign into your account
  • Select “Report a Change”
  • Answer the questions that apply to you
  • Submit your application
