How Do I Renew?

Once you’re enrolled in Medicare, you don’t need to take action to renew your coverage every year. Your Medicare coverage will automatically renew every year unless you fail to pay any necessary premiums.

If you are on Medicaid, you’ll need to be recertified annually. The Human Resources Administration (HRA) or the Local Department of Social Services (LDSS) will send recertification instructions. You’ll also receive a reminder in the mail from us. If you need help completing your recertification, please call Member Services at  (833) 671-0440.

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
