  2. Register for the member web portal: My Molina (MiMolina.com en Español) to manage your health care online, any time day or night. It’s easy! You also also get the Molina Mobile App. View your member ID card. Find a doctor or facility near you with Doctor Finder. Use the 24-hour Nurse Advice Line to get care seven days a week. And more!
  3. Visit your PCP and complete a Health Risk Assessment (HRA) within 120 days of enrollment and annually.
