Children in Custody: Important Contact Information

Primary Care Provider (PCP)
The name and phone number of your child’s PCP is on his or her Molina member ID card. A PCP is your child’s primary doctor. Regular visits to your child’s PCP will make sure your child is growing up healthy.

Molina Care Manager
Every child in foster care can access Care Management services tailored to their individual needs. You can contact your child’s Care Manager by calling Member Services.

Nurse Advice Line
You can speak to a nurse any time, day or night. Nurses are ready to answer your health questions or give advice on where you can take your child to get the care he or she needs. Learn more.

Your child gets 30 rides each year at no cost. This benefit can be used to go to the doctor, dentist or other medical appointments. Learn more.
