Molina Healthcare coveres these dental services:
- Cleaning/checkup once every 6 months.
- Dentures, partial plates and braces require prior authorization and are subject to medical review and limitations. Dentures and plates may be replaced every 8 years, or sooner in extraordinary circumstances.
